In accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), the mentioned Office will collect Personal, Personal Sensitive, and Privileged Information, hence your consent is necessary. The data from you will be used for purposes of assessing your application. The data in this portal account shall be perpetually kept by the agency but shall be destroyed when you request, however, the uploaded documents will be destroyed by the agency after a year.

With reference to Item No. 20, D.O 7, s. 2023; Republic Act No. 8792 (Electronic Commerce Act); Rule 3, Sec. 1 (Rule son Electronic Evidence – A.M.
